{"id":24602,"date":"2020-07-09T10:10:05","date_gmt":"2020-07-09T08:10:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.serhsserveis.com\/?p=24602"},"modified":"2023-04-26T19:52:22","modified_gmt":"2023-04-26T17:52:22","slug":"bonificacion-a-la-seguridad-social-trabajadores-fijos-discontinuos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serhsserveis.com\/es\/bonificacion-a-la-seguridad-social-trabajadores-fijos-discontinuos\/","title":{"rendered":"Bonificaci\u00f3n a la Seguridad Social Trabajadores Fijos discont\u00ednuos"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Desde la asesor\u00eda jur\u00eddica-laboral te informamos de las novedades en materia de Bonificaciones en la Seguridad Social a Trabajadores Fijos discontinuos vinculados al sector del Turismo<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El lunes 06 de Julio sali\u00f3 publicado el Real Decreto Legislativo 25\/2020, de 03 de Julio, que contiene nuevas medidas para reactivar la econom\u00eda y el empleo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre otros, destacamos la que hace referencia a los TRABAJADORES <\/span><b>FIJOS <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DISCONTINUOS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las empresas vinculadas al sector del <\/span><b>turismo <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que generen actividad productiva durante los meses de <\/span><b>Julio, Agosto, Septiembre y Octubre 2020<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y que inicien o mantengan en alta durante estos meses la ocupaci\u00f3n de trabajadores fijos discontinuos, podr\u00e1n aplicar una bonificaci\u00f3n del <\/span><b>50%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de las cuotas de seguridad social por contingencias comunes, desempleo, Fogasa y Formaci\u00f3n Profesional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estas bonificaciones:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El RDL 7\/2020, de 12 de Marzo (medidas urgentes Covid-19) ya las hab\u00eda establecido para los meses de <\/span><b>Febrero a Junio.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se aplicar\u00e1n por parte de la TGSS a instancia de la empresa, previa comunicaci\u00f3n de la identificaci\u00f3n de las personas trabajadoras y previa presentaci\u00f3n de <\/span><b>declaraci\u00f3n responsable<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Sistema Red) respecto cada c\u00f3digo de cuenta de cotizaci\u00f3n y mes de devengo, sobre su vinculaci\u00f3n el sector turismo<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ser\u00e1n <\/span><b>compatibles<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> con las <\/span><b>exenciones<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de cuotas empresariales a la seguridad social.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pineda de Mar 07.07.2020<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Desde la asesor\u00eda jur\u00eddica-laboral te informamos de las novedades en materia de Bonificaciones en la Seguridad Social a Trabajadores Fijos discontinuos vinculados al sector del Turismo &nbsp; El lunes 06 de Julio sali\u00f3 publicado el Real Decreto Legislativo 25\/2020, de 03 de Julio, que contiene nuevas medidas para reactivar la econom\u00eda y el empleo.
