Descubre como bonificar su formaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfHas o\u00eddo hablar de los \u00abERTE de formaci\u00f3n\u00bb? Desde el <strong>Servicio de Formaci\u00f3n de SERHS Serveis<\/strong> te proponemos una serie de cursos adecuados para empresas y trabajadores en situaci\u00f3n de ERTE, y en caso de que lo necesites te podemos resolver las dudas y te ayudaremos a gestionar las ayudas en formaci\u00f3n para beneficiarte de las bonificaciones de la Seguridad Social.<\/p>\n<p>Tal y como te cont\u00e1bamos hace unos d\u00edas, <a href=\"https:\/\/serhsserveis.com\/es\/los-erte-amplian-5-meses-mas-ligados-a-la-formacion\/\">el Consejo de Ministros ha aprobado recientemente la ampliaci\u00f3n de los <strong>expedientes de regulaci\u00f3n temporal de empleo<\/strong> vinculados a la pandemia de la COVID19<\/a>. Las nuevas condiciones vinculan las rebajas a las <strong>prestaciones a la Seguridad Social<\/strong> a que la empresa imparta <strong>cursos de formaci\u00f3n<\/strong> a los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n te apuntamos las principales claves a tener en cuenta:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong>\u00b7 \u00bfQu\u00e9 exoneraciones puedo aplicarme si los trabajadores en ERTE realizan formaci\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Depender\u00e1n del tama\u00f1o de la empresa. Del mismo modo, aumentar\u00e1n los cr\u00e9ditos de formaci\u00f3n bonificada a las empresas que se acojan a este nuevo formato de ERTE. As\u00ed, las empresas tendr\u00e1n <strong>entre un 40 y un 50% de bonificaci\u00f3n<\/strong> si no imparten formaci\u00f3n, pero si deciden ofrecer formaci\u00f3n a sus plantillas, este porcentaje aumentar\u00e1 <strong>hasta el 80%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong>\u00b7 \u00bfCuando se ha de optar a las nuevas condiciones para beneficiarse de este plan formativo?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Si te acoges a la pr\u00f3rroga del ERTE entre noviembre y febrero de 2022, deber\u00e1s ofrecer a tus equipos formaci\u00f3n durante el tiempo que est\u00e1n suspendidos para beneficiarte de las exoneraciones e incremento de cr\u00e9dito en formaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Te aconsejamos <strong>preparar antes del 31 de octubre tu plan formativo<\/strong> para este invierno, ya que de lo contrario, si optas por no realizar ninguna formaci\u00f3n estipulada, no podr\u00e1s disfrutar de esta oportunidad que ofrece el Gobierno.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong>\u00b7 \u00bfC\u00f3mo debe ser la formaci\u00f3n que realice mi plantilla en ERTE?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Hay un m\u00ednimo de horas de formaci\u00f3n por trabajador dependiendo del tama\u00f1o de la empresa: deber\u00e1 ser de al menos <strong>30 horas<\/strong> si la empresa tiene hasta 50 personas en plantilla, y de <strong>40 horas<\/strong> si tiene m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Esta formaci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 realizarse<strong> antes del 30 de junio<\/strong> del 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Desde el <strong>Servicio de Formaci\u00f3n de SERHS Serveis<\/strong> hemos preparado un amplio cat\u00e1logo de cursos con los que se puede beneficiar de las ayudas en formaci\u00f3n gracias a las bonificaciones de la Seguridad Social.
