{"id":30297,"date":"2023-06-07T11:01:50","date_gmt":"2023-06-07T09:01:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serhsserveis.com\/novedades-legales-en-la-comunicacion-de-los-partes-de-baja-confirmacion-y-alta-medica\/"},"modified":"2023-06-07T12:35:09","modified_gmt":"2023-06-07T10:35:09","slug":"novedades-en-la-reforma-laboral-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serhsserveis.com\/es\/novedades-en-la-reforma-laboral-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Novedades en la Reforma Laboral 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Poco a poco se van implementando las medidas aprobadas para reformar estructuralmente el mercado laboral, a trav\u00e9s de lo que se conoce como la Reforma Laboral, aprobada en forma de Real Decreto Ley por el Consejo de Ministros del d\u00eda 28 de diciembre de 2022.<\/h3>\n<p>En <strong>SERHS Serveis\u00a0<\/strong>sabemos cu\u00e1l es la complejidad del tema y c\u00f3mo nos cuesta, a las empresas y a las personas que las gestionan, poder conocer los detalles de cualquier cambio legislativo que afecte a las relaciones laborales.<\/p>\n<p>Las principales novedades de la \u00faltima <strong>Reforma Laboral<\/strong> son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Se modifica el r\u00e9gimen de contrataci\u00f3n temporal: el acuerdo intensifica la causalidad de los contratos temporales. Se prev\u00e9 el incremento de las sanciones en caso de que se utilice la contrataci\u00f3n temporal de forma irregular. Las empresas tendr\u00e1n entre tres y seis meses para adaptar a su nueva norma los contratos temporales vigentes.<\/li>\n<li>Se modifican los contratos formativos: contrato en formaci\u00f3n de alternancia y contrato para pr\u00e1ctica profesional.<\/li>\n<li>Se recupera la ultraactividad indefinida de los convenios colectivos y termina con la prioridad aplicativa del convenio de empresa en materia salarial. Asimismo, se garantizan los derechos de los trabajadores subcontratados.<\/li>\n<li>Se incorpora el denominado Mecanismo RED de Flexibilidad y Estabilizaci\u00f3n del Empleo para hacer frente a las crisis c\u00edclicas o sectoriales y evitar despidos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pero si vamos m\u00e1s all\u00e1, tambi\u00e9n debe tenerse presente que seg\u00fan el Decreto Ley 1\/2023 de 10 de enero de medidas urgentes en materia de incentivos a la contrataci\u00f3n laboral y mejora de la protecci\u00f3n social a las personas, y que entra en vigor en partir de septiembre 2023, contempla nuevas bonificaciones contractuales, pero solo en determinados supuestos.
