LIMITACIONES A LA PRESTACI\u00d3N DE SERVICIOS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Normativa: Articulos 6.3, 34.3 y 4 i 37.1 Estatuto de los Trabajadores.<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n

Jornada diaria.<\/strong> No pueden realizar m\u00e1s de 8 horas diarias (incluido el tiempo dedicado a formaci\u00f3n). Pausa durante la jornada.<\/strong> A partir de 4,5 horas seguidas de trabajo han de realizar un descanso de 30 minutos. Descanso semanal.<\/strong> Como m\u00ednimo dos d\u00edas ininterrumpidos. Prohibici\u00f3n.<\/strong> Trabajo nocturno, de 22h a 6h, y realizaci\u00f3n de horas extras.<\/p>\n
